If you filed electronically, you can see the projected date your refund will be direct deposited or mailed using either of the following:

• IRS Refund Cycle Chart (requires Adobe Reader®), or
• TaxACT’s refund cycle chart

You can check your refund status:

1. Online at the IRS website under Where’s My Refund, or 
2. By calling 1-800-829-4477.

If your return has been accepted and you have still not received your refund by the expected date, wait for at least one more cycle before contacting the IRS. Only the IRS will be able to give you information about a delay in your refund.
