Signing into TaxACT

For security reasons, we can’t give you your password. But, we can help you reset it. Follow these 4 easy steps beginning by clicking the “Forgot your Password” link at the online sign in page:

Step 1 – Enter your User Name

Step 2 – Answer your Secret Question

Step 3 – Select and confirm New Password

Step 4 – Validate your New Password from the Reset Password e-mail we sent to

the email address you have on file with us in your account
