TaxAct supports entering an address up to 35 characters on Federal Form 1040 U.S. Individual Income Tax Return, as that is the number of characters allowed for e-filing by the IRS.

If you e-file your return, you will need to abbreviate some parts of the address if it exceeds 35 characters in length. If you are paper-filing your return, you can manually add the remainder of the address after printing the return to be mailed.
