TaxACT supports the filing of an Oregon return which qualifies for the Amtrak Act. 

To make this designation in your return:

1. From within your TaxACT return (Online or Desktop) click on the State Q&A tab and then click Oregon directly below the blue tabs
2. Click Miscellaneous Topics to expand the category and then click Return Instructions
3. From the drop down box select AMTRAK

Once this designation is made, the word ‘AMTRAK’ will print at the top of the Oregon tax return.
