To claim an Indiana Partnership Long-Term Care deduction in TaxACT:

1. From within your TaxACT return (Online or Desktop) click on the State Q&A tab and then click Indiana right below the blue tabs at the top of the screen
2. Click Income & Deductions to expand the category and then click Miscellaneous Deductions
3. Continue to the screen titled Indiana – Other Deductions
4. Select Indiana Partnership Long-Term Care in the drop down box
5. Enter the amount of premiums paid minus (-) any amount claimed on IRS Form 1040.

This deduction will be reported on IN Schedule 2/Schedule C, Line 11 using code 608.
