Where to Mail Payment for Order

If you placed an order for a TaxAct® Desktop (Download/DVD) product and selected to mail in payment via check or money order, please write the check out to TaxAct with your order number in the memo line and mail it to the following address:

Once the payment is processed, your order will be processed within 24-48 hours. If the software is for a previous year’s product it will be available immediately for downloading. If ordered, the DVD will also be mailed within 24-48 hours.

Please keep in mind that when ordering DVDs it is necessary to include the shipping and handling charge for your products. If you are unsure about the amount to make the check out for you may contact our support center at 319.373.3600 for verification.
