Tax Calculator
You can use the Tax Calculator to answer a few simple questions about your life, income, and expenses, and get an idea of whether you should expect a refund and how much, or if you’ll owe the IRS when you file taxes in the future.
To use the Tax Calculator in your TaxAct return:
- From within your TaxAct return (Online), click the Tools dropdown, then click Calculators.
- Click Tax Calculator, and continue with the interview process to enter your information.
- On the results screen, click Print if you want to print the results.
- From within your TaxAct return (Desktop), click Tools in the options bar, then click Tax Calculator.
- Continue with the interview process to enter your information.
- On the results screen, click the Printer Icon if you want to print the results.
To use the Tax Calculator on the TaxAct Website.
- On the TaxAct Website, click the Tax Tools dropdown, then click Tax Calculator.
- Continue with the interview process to enter your information.
- On the results screen, click Print if you want to print the results.
