To activate your Serve® card:

1. Open the activation email with the subject: Please Set Up Your Online Account.
2. Enter your Date of Birth and Social Security Number.
3. Create a Password and a 4-digit PIN.
4. Select a Security Question.
5. Review and accept the Privacy Statement.
6. Activate your card at American Express Serve® using your card number and 3-digit CSC.

Once your card is activated, you can follow the prompts for additional information about your American Express Serve® card.
