The Pennsylvania Local Earned Income Tax Return can be prepared and printed using TaxAct. Since it is not submitted directly to the PA Department of Revenue, it can’t be e-filed with our software.

After completing and printing the return, mail it to the local earned income tax collector for your tax collection district.
