How to successfully file VITA/TCE returns using the TaxAct Professional software:

• Make sure the preparer completing the return has a valid SIDN (STIN) entered – you can enter the SIDN as the PTIN included in your Preparer Master Information so it flows into the return.
• On the Basic Information worksheet, select Do not include paid preparer information on this return, then click Continue.
