After you have successfully filed your return with TaxACT, you may be wondering when you can expect to receive your Endeavor Card Prepaid MasterCard®. Once your return is accepted by the IRS it can take 7 to 10 business days before you will receive your card. This may be slightly before your refund is deposited onto the card or it could be after your expected refund has been deposited.

If you have not received your card and it has been over 10 business days, you will need to contact Endeavor Card at 1-866-696-5221 or cardoperations@thebancorp.com.
