If you are to receive a refund there is nothing to mail in. If you do owe when completing your filing, a PFC prints out with your return. This form must accompany any payment you make to the Indiana Department of Revenue for that same period. Refer to the filing instructions that print with your return, for the mailing address for your Post Filing Coupon and payment.
