Form MI-1040CR-7 can be either electronically or paper filed using TaxACT.

If you electronically file your return, and Form MI-1040CR-7 has been completed, it will be sent with your income tax return.

Special instructions for paper filing Form MI-1040CR-7

If you will be paper filing Form MI-1040CR-7 Home Heating Credit along with your income tax return, it should be folded and left loose in the envelope. Do not staple it to your income tax return.
