Payment Method Declined – Unable to Process Payment Information

During the electronic filing process, you will have a choice of methods to receive your federal tax refund. Some taxpayers who select the Endeavor Card™ Prepaid Mastercard® cannot be processed through our customer identification system. If your Endeavor Card™ Prepaid Mastercard® selection cannot be processed, you will receive an e-mail notification asking you to resubmit your e-filed return.

To file your return electronically:

  • Log into your TaxACT Online return or start your TaxACT Desktop program.
  • Click on the ‘Filing’ tab.
  • Repeat the Filing steps, and when prompted for the method to receive your federal tax refund, please choose either direct deposit or check.
