Server Connection Error During E-file Submission – AOL, Compuserve, or Prodigy
Setting your internet connection properties:
- Click the Windows Start button.
- Select Settings / Control Panel.
- Double click the Internet Options icon.
- Select the Connections tab.
- Click the Always dial my default connection radio button option.
- Select your internet provider in the Dial-up and Virtual Private Network Settings box. (For example: America Online, from the list of dial-up settings.)
- Click the Set Default button on the right side, and click OK.
After these changes have been made, try submitting your return again.
